How do you keep yourself and your loved ones safe? There are a few things you can do.
First, bookmark the EWG's Skin Deep Database which lets you search over 70,000 products for safety ratings.
Second, you can shop for products that are EWG verified, such as Beautycounter.
EWG verified companies only allow ingredients in their products that are the best for your health based on all the latest science.
Third, never give your kids toy "junk" make-up from stores such as Justice, Claire's or play make-up kits. You don't know what is in them, and chances are, there are more dangerous toxins in them than not.
